A videographer is something else to consider when it comes to your wedding. Everyone has their preference for whether or not they'd like one at their wedding, but here are a few things to consider before making that final decision.
- They're pretty pricey. Do you want to spend a good chunk of money on a videographer or would you rather spend that money on something else that is more important to you (dress, invitations, food, etc.)?
- A video of your wedding pretty much captures everything that photos do. So you're pretty much paying double for 2 of the same thing.
- When you have a videographer, less photos are taken. This is because the photographer isn't going to stand in front of the video camera, therefore they have less opportunity for taking pictures.
- Most people don't watch their video of their wedding. It usually just sits on the shelf, collecting dust. If that's the case, then that was money ill spent.
