Putting On Your Face

Just like your hair do, you want to experiment and practice with your makeup beforehand! You, a friend, or even a professional can do it. You just want to make sure that YOU like it! You still want to look like yourself in your photos and on your wedding day. Don't let yourself or someone else get carried away. You don't want that makeup to turn into clown paint and you don't want your beautiful face to look like a clown.


Here is my suggestion for you; as far as makeup goes. If you like makeup and you like doing your makeup, then do your own! You know what you like and what looks good. You probably even have a system down of how you do it. If you do end up doing your own makeup, just do it the same as you always do, but a little darker. More eye shadow, eye liner, mascara, blush, and lipstick. That's what I did and it turned out just how I wanted it to, while also saving me money!


If you don't really care for makeup or don't feel comfortable doing it yourself, then have someone else do it. Just make sure that you feel comfortable with how they did your makeup and how you look. Remember, it's YOUR day!
